We hand the car park and beer garden over to growers, bakers, plant people and makers from around the Downs. It is a proper morning market — produce you will actually cook with that week rather than souvenirs. Coffee starts early from the bar and the kitchen runs a short breakfast menu until the stalls pack down. Stallholder enquiries are welcome; talk to the hotel.
